GROW / Maturity Purpose

The purpose of maturity has to do with discipleship, which takes place among the committed.

Ministries that take place in maturity are the following.

Children and Youth Ministries:The Children and Youth ministries fall under maturity and exist to aid the parents, as is the vow of the church, in the Christian nurture of their children. Scriptural reference Ephesians 6:4 specifically directs fathers to bring children up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. In addition, this is also a viable ministry to children individually as we recognize that some children do not have the benefit of spiritual leadership in the home, yet are capable individually of membership, maturity, ministry, missions, and magnification, and such ministry to the individual child may facilitate outreach to the parents.
The children and youth ministry programs, depending on age, include Sunday school, Children’s Church, Pioneer Clubs, VBS and other special events,

Growth Groups are a place for believers to mature in Christ through a discipling relationship

Adult Education Ministries: Adult Education ministries fall under maturity, and are responsible for all Bible study ministries which include women's weekly morning and evening Bible studies, men's weekly morning Bible study, and Sunday morning Adult Christian Education & Fellowship, etc.
